Refer a Friend or Family Member Terms of Use and Conditions
By participating in our "Refer a Friend or Family Member" program, you agree to these terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: This program is open to current clients who are in good standing with us and who refer a friend or family member who becomes a new client.
- Payments: Payments will only be disbursed after the referred friend or family member signs up for services and retains them for 72 hours or more. Payment amounts are based upon the overall amount of services the person retains, with the minimum payout being $25.
- Payment Method: Disbursed amounts will be sent to you in a digital gift card or, if you are a current client, credited towards any outstanding balances.
- Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, but payments will only be made for the first-time referred clients.
- Validity: This program is valid for a limited time only and may be terminated at any time at our discretion.
- Changes: We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made will be communicated to you in writing or by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
- Compliance: By participating in this program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
